Do you recognize these common ADHD challenges?
Do you feel overwhelmed or stuck? Does it often feel like a struggle just to manage everyday life? (And do you often wonder how others seem to navigate their own lives so effortlessly?)
Are you frustrated by a long list of unfinished projects? Are finances a constant worry, with late fees adding up? Do you have piles of stuff throughout your home, no matter how frequently you “get organized”? Are you often misplacing things, rushing around, rarely on time?
Do you sometimes worry you're falling short of your full potential?
As a fellow ADHDer, I get it.
I’m a psychologist and ADHD coach in Santa Monica, CA who helps entrepreneurs, creatives, and procrastinators of all kinds with ADHD assessments, coaching, psychotherapy, and business guidance — all with a healthy dose of compassion and humor.
My personal ADHD journey mirrors many others. After trying various strategies to manage my energy and procrastination, an ADHD diagnosis changed everything. Understanding my behavior allowed me to make meaningful adjustments, with greater purpose and curiosity.
That’s why I’m passionate about coaching adults with ADHD. My straightforward, lighthearted approach generates a bias to action and transforms distractions into motivations. Together we’ll strive to organize your time, sequence activities to create success, and use incentives to reinforce desired habits. My approach integrates our ADHDer need for immediate gratification, the sense that there is never enough time, and the “pros” of procrastination.
