I’m a psychologist and ADHD coach in Santa Monica, CA who helps entrepreneurs, creatives, and procrastinators of all kinds with ADHD assessments, coaching, psychotherapy, and business guidance — all with a healthy dose of compassion and humor.

My personal ADHD journey mirrors many others. After trying various strategies to manage my energy and procrastination, an ADHD diagnosis changed everything. Understanding my behavior allowed me to make meaningful adjustments, with greater purpose and curiosity.

Working With Me*

While I tailor my approach to you, our work together will primarily focus on getting you from where you are now, to where you want to go, (as opposed to an emphasis on how you got here).

Since ADHDers thrive on play, fun, and immediate gratification, we will try to build these in to your life and our “work” wherever possible.

You do not have to be linear with me!  I can almost always follow along.

*All work is currently virtual.
